Robert D. Hartmann, Sr. is the founder and President of Jason Robert's Inc., and managing member of Hartmann Development LLC, a family business, which began in 1990. Since then, Jason Robert's has flourished and become the leading concrete restoration company in all of New England. Hartmann has comprehensive knowledge, not only of the practical aspects of architectural engineering and construction, but of the management techniques necessary to make commercial, Industrial, Resort and residential building projects profitable.

Mr. Hartmann is the former President of the asset and property management firm of Harley Associates, Ltd., of Branford. He was featured in the 1992 edition of the prestigious publication "Who's Who in Connecticut" along with other trade journals and magazines. Harley Associates was formed in 1985 and served as the parent company to several subsidiaries including Real Estate Plus and RJR Construction Company. Harley Associates LTD. worked with bankrupt businesses and turn around companies to prepare them for an Initial Public Offering (IPO). Harley Associates specialized in the acquisition; redevelopment and re marketing of previously foreclosed properties and earned an unheralded reputation for the "Midas Touch", turning financial losses into profits for insurance companies and financial institutions. In addition to asset and property management, Harley Associates LTD. became known throughout the state of Connecticut for its development of residential, commercial and waterfront properties and served as a consultant to the Financial, Real Estate and Construction industries. During a five-year period, Harley Associates managed well over a quarter of a billion dollars worth of Commercial properties. Its diversity allowed the company to provide services from project planning through construction, leasing and day-to-day management.

Mr. Hartmann, a former state arbitrator, previously served on the board of The Democratic Finance Committee in the State of Connecticut and was a member of The Quinnipiac Club and is past President of the board for the Good Shepherd Day Care Center that takes care of 96 kids from single parents. He is actively involved with both the Milford Chamber of Commerce and The Better Business Bureau. Qualified and is considered an expert in his field, Robert D. Hartmann Sr. has completed certification in Appraisal Law, Business Valuation and Real Estate Law and has received numerous architectural awards.

Mr. Hartmann has more than twenty-five years experience in real estate management and in the construction industry. He has constructed and managed projects ranging from single family home, strip shopping and condominiums to office buildings, resort properties including a Tom Fazio Champion Golf Course and Along with the first in Connecticut to create Boat Dockominium & winter storage for Boating Communities ,Cluster Housing and created the first 'Green School " LEED CERTIFIED in Connecticut . A forerunner in the real estate marketplace, Mr. Hartmann has always been able to perceive trends before they become evident to the general economy. Hartmann is a strategic thinker and his vision has enabled him to respond and adapt quickly to changes, conforming them to current consumer demands.

Mr. Hartmann has advised many Connecticut Political Candidates from Mayors to State Representatives and has advised the Speaker of the House Jim Amann for Governor 2010. As his Chief of Staff & Strategic Advisor. Mr. Hartmann is certainly the General Partner that any discreet investor would want to invest with, he holds a high level of importance to each one of his investor and takes his fiduciary responsibilities very seriously and is always looking for ways to maximize share holders value by exceeding all projections, and keeping his investor up to date on the progress of the development at all times and demanding from his staff and strategic partners to maximize shareholder value.

Mauro Gabriele was born and raised in the New York Metropolitan area and currently resides in his hometown, although he has also lived in Australia, Argentina and Italy. Since 1984 he has actively been involved in real estate acquisition, development, valuation, market analysis, and finance. In his valuation practice he has been qualified and has testified as an expert witness in both State and Federal courts. He holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate Valuation from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate (1993), where he has been an adjunct professor since 1999. Professionally he is a Member of the Appraisal Institute (MAI). Mr. Gabriele has lectured and consulted internationally on real estate fundamentals and valuation.

As a founding faculty member of FIABCI (Fédération Internationale des Professions Immobiliéres) University he has participated in the creation of curriculums and course materials that are used internationally. He has applied his real estate knowledge in a variety of volunteer and appointed positions, including as Chairman of an ECOSOC committee to the United Nations, Chairman of Zoning Board of Appeals and Coastal Zone Management Commission for his hometown, and Chairman of the MACC Corporation, a local not-for-profit development corporation. He is a founding board member of The Global Housing Foundation (GHF), whose mission is to provide housing for the working poor throughout the world by replacing slum dwellings with safe housing that has marketable and financeable title.

He is a graduate of Washington and Jefferson College (1984) with a Liberal Arts degree. He is fluent in Spanish, Italian and French. Mauro is married and has two children. In his spare time he restores and rides motorcycles.

 





 

Kim will serve Hartmann Development LLC. as the Foreign leasion of Asian Affaires for private capitol investment, business investment, government agencies, EB-5 investors and educational institutions Investment Advisor focusing on international joint business ventures with companies.

Kim was born in the Republic of Korea and became a United States citizen in 2006. While in Korea, Kim served as the Senior Assistant to the Chairman of the Finance and Economic Committee and Assistant to Chairman of the Democratic Party of the Korean National Assembly.

In July 30, 2000, with the support of former President William Clinton, Mr. Kim served as the host for a major fund raising event at the Waldorf-Astoria for Senate candidate Hillary Clinton.

In the following years, Mr. Kim served as the Chief Secretary and Secretary-General of the Se-Lim Foundation in Seoul Korea and New Jersey U.S.A. In 2007, Kim served as Director of for Asian Political Strategy at the primary election camp of then presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani.

For business, Kim travels to China on a frequent basis with over 70 trips in the last few years.Kim has an extensive knowledge of the culture of countries in the Far East and the Pacific Rim and numerous senior level contacts in both China, Korea and U.S.A.

Currently Mr. Kim resides in New Haven County, Connecticut with his wife and two children.





 

Mr. Nichols brings notable experience to the Carolina Entertainment Center that is diverse, and will the cornerstone to a successful renaissance of this important regional landmark/venue. Prior to joining the Carolina Entertainment Complex team, Bryan¡¯s experience includes working with a strategic planning group that specializes in the production of events known as All Phases Event Group. They are a full service event production company specializing in music and delivering 360 degree production services. He has worked on events in seven states and has personally attended over 400 music events nationally and internationally during his life. He also partnered in 2010 with Crispin Porter & Bogusky to help coordinate the "Cuervo Games" campaign.? These were a series of large-scale musical and promotional events which took place in twenty cities across the country. This successful marketing effort was Jose Cuervo's largest experiential marketing campaign in more than a decade.?

Mr. Nichols other experiences and responsibilities have included everything from conceiving of the artistic theme of an event to contributing to the successful execution of the show. He is also very well versed in video production?and has experience with recording acts such as: The String Cheese Incident, Sound Tribe Sector 9 and The Hold Steady. Mr. Nichols has also maintained numerous business websites and personal web pages and blogs, as well as several intranet and extranet sites. Lastly, he has forged relationships throughout the industry and has access to industry participants which will be invaluable to our success.





 

Mr. Mancuso has over 30 Years of experience in the live entertainment and the hospitality industry. He has produced national touring events and has also operated and opened night clubs for the Hyatt Corporation. In addition he has managed theaters, and amphitheaters in Florida and the Carolinas, where his scope of responsibility included all technical aspects of music production, marketing, advancing, and settling gents. He also has an in depth knowledge of what is entailed in the management of the box office and accurate accounting of receipts. Mr. Mancuso is a master at strategic planning of events, including media buying, fiscal management and team building. He has been recognized nationally for creative advertising and marketing campaigns. He excels at gaming and overseeing operations in order to devise strategies that will anticipate and prevent problems and increase profits. He has successfully produced music events for national and international artists and has worked with an assortment of big names in diverse genres including Rock, Country & Western. Comedy, Techno, Hip Hop, Jazz. R&B, Professional Boxing and MMA.

Mr. Mancuso was chosen for this position for his exceptional leadership and management talent, a product of his many years of experience with technical systems and his hands-on experience with successful event production. He is very resourceful and possesses excellent problem solving skills. He is also a good communicator and interfaces well with people. His overall skills combined with his firsthand experience with the Carolina Entertainment Center and his ability to lead staff makes him an ideal Manager that will help to insure abundant ticket sales, stringent revenue and expense controls and spectacular entertainment experiences that will lead to national recognition of the property.





 

Lee A. Samowitz has been practicing law since 1978 and is a partner in the Law Firm of Samowitz & Samowitz, LLC. He has been active in government and politics, as a Bridgeport State Representative from 1982 to 2002. In the legislature, he was Co-Chairman of the Select Committee in Substance Abuse Prevention in 1988 and was Co- Chairman of the Commerce Committee from 1996 to 2002, which had jurisdiction over the Connecticut Department of Community and Economic Development (DECD), Connecticut Development Authority (CDA), and Connecticut Innovation Inc. (CII). Lee attended Bassick High School in Bridgeport, where he was President of the class of 1970 and awarded Charles Dana award for History. He earned his Law Degree from Drake University in 1978, where he won the AmJur Book Award for the top ¡®A¡¯ in Constitutional Law. He earned his BA from University of Rochester in1974 and attended the University of Bridgeport for his MBA.

In the practice of law and in the Connecticut General Assembly, Lee has been recognized as an expert in certain real property law. He Co-chaired the Judiciary Committee¡¯s ad hoc Subcommittee on Common Interest Ownership Act (CIOA) in 1983 that governs all condominiums and wrote many of its sections. As the House Chairman of the Commerce Committee in charge of all governmental incentive programs, he spearheaded the fight in the legislature for property tax equity and Brownfield redemption that includes financing environmentally contaminated properties. In 2000, he was the author of the Connecticut Urban and Industrial Tax Credit Act that provided one billion dollars worth of tax credits for major developments that enticed UBS and Starwood Capital to Stamford. Attorney Samowitz has represented many Fairfield County condominium associations and the City of Bridgeport in tax foreclosures. He has appeared before the Connecticut Supreme Court on condominium cases and has argued leading fraudulent conveyance and foreclosure cases before the Federal and Bankruptcy Courts. Lee was corporate counsel to Broadband Associates in 2010, a California internet educational broadband infrastructure service provider.

In the legislature he introduced the compulsory Holocaust education bill, the Homestead exemptions to protect homeowners in bankruptcy and helped create the Gateway project to improve the streetscape on Fairfield Ave., the bicycle path around the water at St. Mary¡¯s by the Sea in the Black Rock section of Bridgeport and the Burroughs Community Center. Lee was passionate in the legislature in trying to promote urban equality, property tax reform and public private partnerships to improve public infrastructure for transportation, broadband, education and energy economically. Lee was born in Bridgeport and still lives there with his wife Ferne, son Seth and Shetland Sheepdog, ¡°Melky¡±.
