At Steel Point Harbor in Bridgeport Connecticut, we intend to build a ①400 room luxury hotel.
Among other prospective patrons, there will be passengers of two luxury cruise ships which are expected to be permanently docked in Bridgeport.
Cruise line passengers often arrive one day early to ensure timely embarkation and stay for a day or more after the cruise to visit local sites.

There will also be ②Casino Ships for those who visit to gamble and require overnight accommodations.
These Casino Ships will draw visitors from the region as well as Eastern Long Island.
Steel Point will be accessible via a series of ferries which will provide service to the casinos as well as
the many shops and restaurants located on Steel Point. This gambling venue will be the closest full gaming center to New York City.





2. Condominium and Marina & Seafood Restaurants


Also, there will be a ③finest condominium which has more than 500 suites and will be ferries
connecting the harbor to Long Island, NY. So, our major customer will be composed of visitors who visits
④Marina(a yacht anchorage), special seafood restaurants or the business complex at the Steel Point Harbor.
