Along the Connecticut coastline from Stamford to New Haven, there is a population density of approximately 10 Million residents.
The primary markets from north to south are Stamford, Norwalk, Bridgeport and New Haven.
These cities have a high concentration of lower income families of modest means. We have identified a void in this market for this segment of the population.

We will open a chain of Asian Buffet Restaurants that will cater to this population group specifically.
The difference in our chain will be that our restaurants will have several private rooms that can be used for parties.
Many of the people in our target market rent apartments that are not suitable for large parties.
This segment of the population is largely Latino and they have a propensity to celebrate with large extended families,
therefore providing private rooms with access to the diversified buffet offering will capture an important sector of the market
which is underserved. Birthday parties, Fiesta de Quince, religious celebrations, graduations and family get togethers will
now have an alternative venue. Extra services will be provided to enhance the party/dining experience such as cakes, balloons,
party favors, karaoke and dance floors. Parties can also be run for Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch or Dinner.
Rooms will be expandable to accommodate parties from 20-30 to as much as 120. When rooms are not used for private parties,
they will be used as overflow for the main dining room. The average meal price will be approximately $20.
